Shopping with Malibu Closet

These terms apply to purchases through Malibu Closet. Please review the product description, selected colour, size, pieces, quantity and total before ordering. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Products and pricing

Products are subject to availability. Colours can vary with screen settings. Our base pricing is in USD; the currency and final amount displayed at checkout govern your purchase. Applicable taxes and any other charges disclosed at checkout form part of the order total. Optional add-ons are only included when selected.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable or a material price or description error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it. If we cannot fulfil an order and cancel it, amounts paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Shipping, exchanges and warranty

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Exchange Policy explain delivery estimates, size exchanges and the optional 30-day warranty. The paid warranty is additional to, and does not replace, mandatory consumer protections.

Privacy and website use

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security or submit fraudulent orders.

Changes and consumer rights

We may update these terms for future orders. Changes will not remove rights applicable to an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
