Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping usually takes 7–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; customs, carrier delays and peak periods may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery questions

You will receive tracking information once your order ships. Please check your shipping address before placing your order and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate.
